3. Cancellation of the order
If you want to cancel your order, you can do this free of charge as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order you have to send us an email. If the order has been shipped, and you still want to cancel it, than you will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the goods to us. We will also charge the shipping costs made to send the order to the customer. It is not possible to return a personalised product. Cancellation of a personalised product is only possible until it is engraved.

4.2 All prices include 21% VAT (Dutch tariff) and are in Euros (€).
5. Period of approval
5.1 All purchases on our website have an approval period of 14 days.
5.2 After receiving your order you have a period of 14 days in which you can return purchase without a reason. The payment will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the returned package. Any shipping costs made by us will be withheld on the original purchase price of your order.
5.3 The item you want to return may not be used or damaged and has to be send back in its original packing.
